A meeting of introduction and evaluation was held on the occasion of the visit of Vice Rector Said Ceyhan to Bartın Vocational School. The meeting, organized in the meeting hall of Bartın Vocational School, was attended by the Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ramazan Arslan, vice directors, the school secretary, and department heads.

During the meeting, a comprehensive presentation was delivered covering the institutional structure of the vocational school, general information about departments and programs, current academic activities, and ongoing and planned projects. Department heads also shared insights on the current status of their programs, student profiles, educational processes, and ongoing projects.

Issues faced by the departments, areas requiring improvement, and development-oriented suggestions were discussed. Possible measures to enhance the efficiency of academic and administrative processes were evaluated, and ideas were exchanged on improving the quality of education.

Vice Rector Said Ceyhan emphasized that vocational schools play a critical role in the university’s mission of practice-oriented education and stated that the contributions and suggestions of department heads are highly valuable for the administration. He also noted that the university administration will continue to provide the necessary support for the development of Bartın Vocational School.

The meeting concluded with mutual good wishes and expressions of intent to strengthen cooperation throughout the academic term.
