The Rector of Bartın University, Ahmet Akkaya, visited Bartın Vocational School and met with academic staff during an academic vision meeting.

During the meeting held as part of the visit, the current status of the vocational school, educational processes, quality and accreditation studies, and future goals were discussed in detail. Evaluations were also made regarding the effective use of application laboratories, student-centered education approaches, and opportunities for industry collaboration.

The Director of Bartın Vocational School, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ramazan Arslan, provided a brief overview of ongoing academic and administrative activities.

In his speech, Rector Ahmet Akkaya emphasized Bartın University’s vision of quality-oriented growth, stating: “Enhancing the quality of education and raising our students as professionally well-equipped individuals is a shared responsibility for all of us. The value of the effort and contributions made is highly significant for society. Therefore, your dedicated work is extremely valuable to us.”

At the end of the meeting, opinions, suggestions, and requests of the academic staff were heard, and mutual exchange of ideas took place. Rector Akkaya thanked the academic staff for their devoted efforts and wished them continued success.
