At our Vocational School, where continuous improvement is placed at the core, quality-oriented efforts are being carried out with determination. During the Unit Evaluation and Improvement Meetings, which brought together academic and administrative staff as well as student representatives, evaluations aimed at further enhancing educational processes were shared.

The meetings were held on December 16, 2025, in the Vocational School Meeting Hall under the chairmanship of the Director, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ramazan Arslan, and with the reporting of the Head of the Unit Quality and Accreditation Commission, Vice Director Lecturer Dr. Nazlı İlke Eken Türer. Separate sessions were organized on the same day with the participation of academic and administrative staff and student representatives.

Within the scope of quality assurance processes, evaluations focused on student satisfaction, course-related feedback, club activities, and awareness levels regarding the services offered within the university, based on feedback received from internal stakeholders. Areas for improvement aimed at enhancing the quality of education were assessed from a holistic perspective.

The meeting agenda also included opinions and suggestions regarding support services provided to students, particularly those offered by the Erasmus Coordination Office, Career Planning Application and Research Center, Psychological Counseling and Guidance Application and Research Center, Library and Documentation Department, and the Disabled Student Unit Coordination Office.

Throughout the meetings, the opinions and suggestions expressed by academic staff, administrative staff, and student representatives were recorded to be used in monitoring and improvement activities. These feedback inputs directly contributed to the quality processes carried out within the scope of the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle.
