Seminar on Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and KOSGEB Supports Held.

Bartın University Bartın Vocational School hosted a meaningful seminar aimed at guiding students in their career planning and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit. Held on May 13, 2026, at the Ağdacı Campus Conference Hall, the event focused on Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization (KOSGEB) supports and entrepreneurship success stories.

Participating as a speaker, KOSGEB Bartın Provincial Director Gökhan Akdağoğlu delivered a detailed presentation on entrepreneurship, its importance, and the current grant and support programs offered by the state. He emphasized how young people can turn their business ideas into reality and highlighted the strategic role of KOSGEB throughout this process.

Murat Alatlı, founder of Karadeniz Helva established with KOSGEB support, shared his experiences in starting his own business, the challenges he faced, and the key points to consider on the path to success.

The seminar, which attracted strong participation from students, concluded with a Q&A session. Vocational School students dreaming of starting their own businesses had the opportunity to directly ask their questions to both officials and an experienced entrepreneur from the field.

At the end of the event, certificates of appreciation were presented to the guests by the Vocational School administration. It was also emphasized that such events make significant contributions to students’ employment and entrepreneurship visions after graduation.
