An online panel titled “General Evaluation of Yacht Tourism in the Digital World” was hosted by Bartın University Bartın Vocational School with strong participation. The event was organized by the Social, Cultural, and Sports Activities Planning Commission, and the opening speech was delivered by the Commission Chair, Lecturer İrem Bebek, who emphasized the decisive role of digitalization in transforming the yacht tourism sector.

As part of the program, Fethiye Port Director Çetin Çiftçi shared insights on current developments in the field. This was followed by presentations from expert speakers, where the operational, technical, and legal dimensions of digitalization in yacht tourism were discussed from a comprehensive perspective.

During the Q&A session held after the presentations, questions from academic staff and students were addressed by the speakers, creating an interactive discussion environment.

At the end of the event, certificates of participation were shared with attendees, and the closing speech was delivered by Vice Director Lecturer Dr. Nazlı İlke Eken Türer.

The event, which shed light on the digital transformation of yacht tourism, attracted significant interest and made an important contribution to raising sectoral awareness.
