



Design Department Student Exhibition Opened
Artworks created by students of the Graphic Design Program within the Department of Design were presented to art enthusiasts in a newly opened exhibition.
The exhibition features projects completed during the 2024–2025 academic year as part of coursework, as well as award-winning pieces from a poster competition held under the European Union Project on Climate Change and Water Scarcity.
With over 100 works on display, the exhibition's opening was attended by Prof. Dr. Ayşe GENÇ LERMİ, Director of Bartın Vocational School; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elif KARAHAN, Director of Bartın Vocational School of Health Services; Adnan ÖZDEMİR, Secretary of Bartın Vocational School; faculty members; students; and art lovers.
The opening ribbon was cut by Prof. Dr. Ayşe GENÇ LERMİ, who emphasized the value of the course-based works exhibited and congratulated both students and faculty members. In her remarks, GENÇ LERMİ stated:
"This exhibition not only includes works prepared within the scope of coursework but also showcases award-winning posters from a competition held under the European Union Project on Climate Change and Water Scarcity. As the Graphic Design Program, you have made us proud. I sincerely thank you all for your participation."
The exhibition will remain open for one week on the ground floor of the Bartın Vocational School building.
